Why join?
If you want to meet new people in your area and actually get out of the house, office or phone, WeMeet is a great way to meet like-minded individuals, make new friends, connections, and grow your social or professional network. By becoming a member you get access to premium features of WeMeet's web app as well as unlimited access to all of our events across the country.
Who attends the events?
WeMeet is a community of like-minded professionals. Professionals from all industries are welcome to attend.
How often are the events held?
WeMeet hosts one event per month in each city. As a WeMeet member, you will have access to at least 12+ events per year. We are planning to add additional events in the nearest future. Stay tuned for more exclusive WeMeet events and experiences.
Are the events 21 and over?
Yes. Our events are 21 and over. The events are held at unique bars, lounges, breweries etc. Most venues do require that patrons be over the age of 21.
Can I pay for a single event?
Yes, you can pay for a single even if you do not wish to become a WeMeet member. By becoming a member, you will get significant perks and savings vs purchasing individual event tickets plus you will instantly unlock all the web app features which will allow you to find, follow, and connect with members online between events.
Can I pay at the door?
Yes, you can pay at the door via Eventbrite or become a WeMeet member to gain FREE access to all of our events and premium web app features!
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. We actually encourage you to bring friends and coworkers. The more people, the better. Each person must either purchase a ticket or become a WeMeet member.
Do I need to bring a ticket with me?
Yes, simply show your Eventbrite ticket or WeMeet member QR code when you arrive to get your name badge and gain access to the event.
Is parking included?
Parking is not included in the membership. We encourage you to contact the venue and ask them about recommended parking nearby.
What is the dress code?
Our events are business casual. Most attendees are coming directly from work and simply show up in their usual work attire.
Are name tags provided?
Yes, we will provide you with a stick-on name tag as shown in the photos. This will make it easier for members to easily identify one another and make it easier to strike up a conversation. For all the pro networkers, we have a custom professional networking badge which you can order with your information on it.
Do I have to wear a name tag?
We do recommend that you wear a name tag during the event. This will ensure that others can identify you as part of the group. Many times there may be other groups or people at the venue and this will make it easier to spot the group and stay together.
Should I bring anything with me?
You don’t need to bring anything with you. We recommend connecting directly on the WeMeet web app and or on Linkedin. This way you can track how many connections you made and stay connected between events.
Do you provide refunds?
We do not provide refunds however, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Absolutely, our plans run on a one-year billing cycle with cancellation available for the following year. Simply click on cancel membership to cancel. No need to call us or speak with anyone.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
