What We Are Looking For
We are looking to add one person in each city as an Event Organizer to help check people in and provide additional support to ensure that the events run smoothly. WeMeet aims to bring inspiring professionals together in cities across the US & Canada to network, mix and mingle. Our mission is to bring social back to networking.
Some of the main qualities we are looking for include:
- Love to socialize and meet new people
- Passionate about connecting people
- Punctual and timely
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Event experience a plus
What day of the week are the events?
Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
What time is the event?
How often are the events held?
Once per month
Arrive at Venue
Arrive at the venue before 5:45 pm to get situated and check-in with the front desk. The event runs from 6-8 pm on a Tues, Wed or Thursday.
Check People In
Check people in as they arrive to ensure they registered and provide them a name tag. Provide info about becoming a WeMeet member.
Organizers provide general support and assistance with registration and crowd control to ensure the event runs smoothly.
